1974 Series 111 109 LWB Pick up 2.6 straight 6 petrol RHD

Formerly owned by Stratford County Council and used as a snow plow and recovery vehicle , changing hands only a couple of times before the most recent owner aquired it in 2011 and carried out a sympathetic restoration to add the vehicle to his own personal collection

The low mileage 2.6 straight 6 petrol runs well and fires up instantly , the gears all function as they should including the high / low box and overdrive .

During the rebuild the body was lifted from the chassis for repairs to be carried out , outriggers , crossmembers etc . These were done to a high standard . A full repaint in bronze green with contrasting cream truck cab roof . New black vinyl front seats . More recently we have steam cleaned and wax oiled the chassis and powder coated the deep dish 1 tonne rims in cream . New gearbox seals , starter motor and alternator also recently fitted

Ideal for any local shows or to do some work around the grounds . Recently unearthed after storage , fired straight up , brakes work etc . A rare item that would make a great addition to any collection .
